Dr. Sheree Jellis

Acupuncturist
Chinese Medicine Practitioner
Chinese Herbal Medicine Practitioner

I am Sheree Jellis, a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I completed my Bachelor of Health Science (Chinese Medicine) at Torrens University and am a registered Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist. I have a strong interest in supporting women’s health and addressing the factors that contribute to imbalance, including the connections between digestion, the nervous system, hormones, and emotional well-being.

My areas of interest include:

•               Women’s health and hormonal balance

•               Digestive health

•               Mental health

•               Pain (acute and chronic)

In my practice, I focus on identifying the root cause of health issues rather than only addressing symptoms. This approach supports long-term, sustainable outcomes through personalised, patient-centred care. I am currently completing a certificate in Kinesiology (ICPKP) and am particularly interested in how emotions influence the physical body—a perspective that has shaped my professional journey.

My interest in holistic healthcare began at a young age, inspired by early exposure to kinesiology and homeopathic therapies that supported both my emotional and physical wellbeing. In my twenties, I sought care for ongoing personal health concerns and experienced firsthand the benefits of Chinese Medicine. This sparked a strong interest in its philosophy and clinical practice, leading me to pursue TCM studies. These experiences continue to shape my commitment to providing individualised care within a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment. Outside of work, I enjoy camping, hiking, Pilates, reading, and a matcha with friends.
