Jess Baker
Shiatsu Pratitioner
Jess Baker is a Shiatsu practitioner dedicated to supporting health and wellbeing through a holistic approach that honours the body, mind, and spirit. Her mission is to help people live balanced lives aligned with their true essence, fostering a more compassionate and conscious world.
Her treatments are rooted in the principles of traditional East Asian medicine and the Five Elements theory, and incorporate therapeutic touch alongside techniques such as moxa, cupping, and gua sha. Through this work, Jess helps balance energy flow, ease tension, calm the nervous system, restore harmony, improve sleep and mobility, and support clients in reconnecting with their true essence. Jess creates a safe and nurturing space where clients can deeply relax, access self healing, feel grounded, renewed, aligned, and find the answers within.
Jess is a national council member of the Shiatsu Therapies Association of Australia and is passionate about ongoing learning and development. She has particular interests in meditation, the body–mind–spirit connection, the nervous system, mental health and chronic illness.
She has a golden retriever named Rani, loves to travel and be held in the aliveness of nature.
